The General Meeting of Shareholders of our Company held on 10 July 2025 resolved to distribute a dividend of

EUR 2.00 per share

for the 2024/2025 business year.

The dividend will be paid minus a capital gains tax of 27.5%, provided there is no exemption on the levying of capital gains tax, starting on 21 July 2025, by way of a credit note at the respective custodian bank.
