("Extrafin" or the "Company") informs that, on June 9, 2025, it increased its participation in Unigroup S.p.A. – formerly Uniposte S.p.A. – by acquiring an additional 984 ordinary shares. The operation is part of the strategy to strengthen investments in companies with high growth potential and reflects Extrafin S.p.A.'s confidence in the economic and asset solidity, as well as the industrial prospects of Unigroup S.p.A. Unigroup S.p.A., authorized by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy as Mobile Network Operator No. 70732-ATR and registered in the Unified Register of Communication Operators (ROC) under No. 26774, has been operating for over ten years in the integrated services sector, both as a general contractor in various commodity sectors and in the postal, financial, insurance, ICT, and facility management sectors.Unigroup S.p.A., authorized by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy as mobile network operator no. 70732-ATR and registered in the Unique Register of Communication Operators (ROC) under no. 26774, has been operating for over ten years in the integrated services sector, both as a general contractor in various product sectors and in the postal, financial, insurance, ICT, and facility management sectors.
