Rosenbauer International AG: Ad hoc - Changes to the Executive Board of Rosenbauer International AG

The Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer International AG has appointed Thomas Biringer as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He will take up his position on June 1, 2025. The appointment is for three years. Thomas Biringer has already been Rosenbauer's interim CTO since February 2024.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board was informed by Markus Richter that he would like to terminate his mandate as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the end of June, at his own request. The Supervisory Board has approved this request. Until a successor is appointed, CEO Robert Ottel will temporarily take over the responsibilities of the CFO.
