Zeitfracht Logistik Holding GmbH: Early redemption of the notes of the 2021/2026 Bond (ISIN: DE000A3H3JC5, WKN: A3H3JC)

Potsdam, 13 February 2025: The management of Zeitfracht Logistik Holding GmbH ("Issuer") has decided today to redeem all outstanding notes of the 2021/2026 Bond (ISIN: DE000A3H3JC5, WKN: A3H3JC) in an aggregate nominal amount of EUR 30,500,000.00 in compliance with the minimum notice period pursuant to section 5(2)(a) of the terms and conditions as of 17 March 2025 ("Call Redemption Date").
The 2021/2026 Bond will be redeemed in full on the Call Redemption Date at the redemption amount of 101.00% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest to (but excluding) the Call Redemption Date.
The termination will be announced to the holders of the 2021/2026 Bond on the Issuer's website (https://kolibri-anleihe.zeitfracht-gruppe.de) and in the Federal Gazette in accordance with section 16 of the terms and conditions.
