ADX Energy Ltd.: Medical Leave of Absence Requested By ADX CEO

ADX Energy Ltd or Company (ASX Code: ADX) advises that the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Paul Fink has requested a period of leave to recover from a medical condition which limits his ability to continue his duties at this time. The Board of ADX supports Paul taking the necessary time to focus on his health and looks forward to welcoming him back in the near future.

During Paul's absence ADX will strengthen its local team in Austria with a highly experienced geotechnical manager, and has engaged a highly qualified, experienced Board advisor, as well as a highly credentialed communications advisor.

Geotechnical Management: Robert Gruenwald (Austria)

Robert is a subsurface energy professional with over 30 years of experience in exploration, production, commercial and management roles in several countries including Norway, Germany, Libya, Brazil, Spain, South Africa, Qatar and Romania, with a number of international companies. He brings hands-on technical, operational and M&A experience as well as management oversight to our team in Vienna.

Board Advisor: John Begg (Australia)

John is a highly experienced energy professional that has been instrumental in the discovery and commercialisation of numerous oil and gas fields in Australia, North Africa, SE Asia and California. During his career he has founded, promoted and held executive roles in a number of companies listed in Australia and the UK. John brings valuable strategic, technical and commercial support and guidance to the Board and management team.

Communications Advisor: Wilfried Seywald (Austria)

Wilfried is an experienced and well-connected communications and media professional who has worked for listed companies and organisations in the German speaking region for more than 30 years. As a former journalist he knows many media companies and relevant editors personally. He has known and assisted ADX intermittently since 2010 and has been an advisor to ADX on an ongoing basis since 2021.

Our Austrian business continues to be proficiently and professionally managed by Alan Reingruber the Managing Director of our Austrian operating company. Robert, John and Wilfried strengthen the capability and capacity of the ADX management team and Board during a period of high activity and growth.
