BAWAG Group AG ("BAWAG") announces that, following the cancelation of 3,900,000 treasury shares with effectiveness per 18 December 2023, the total number of voting rights in BAWAG amounts to 78,600,000 and the share capital amounts to EUR 78,600,000.

The total number of voting rights and the share capital have not changed since the last announcement made on 27 December 2023.
