Today, the supervisory board of Pearl Gold AG appointed Mr. Gregor Hubler as the new, sole member of the management board. He succeeds Ms. Julia Boutonnet, who resigned effective today.

Gregor Hubler has longstanding experience in banking, financing, and management consulting. He has been the chairman of the supervisory board of Pearl Gold AG since December 2017. After his appointment today as member of the Company's management board, he resigned from its supervisory board.
