10th interim announcement regarding the share repurchase programme for shares of Frequentis AG, ISIN: ATFREQUENT09

In the period from 30 October to 3 November 2023, Frequentis AG purchased a total of 1,404 shares within the scope of the share repurchase programme published on 17 August 2023. The total number of repurchased shares, the weighted average price, and the aggregated volume per day for the period were as follows:

Since the start of the share repurchase programme on 28 August 2023, 16,061 shares have thus been purchased. The shares were repurchased exclusively via the Vienna Stock Exchange by a bank commissioned by Frequentis AG.
