Information regarding a share buyback / 16. Interim announcement

In the period from June 5 – June 9, 2023, Kontron AG acquired a total of 115 shares under the share buyback ('Share buyback program I 2023') announced on February 3, 2023 in accordance with Art. 2 Para. 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The total number of shares repurchased, the weighted average price and the aggregated volume for the period per day amounted to:

The total number of shares repurchased since February 3, 2023 amounts to 462,256 shares.

The shares were repurchased by a bank commissioned by Kontron AG exclusively via Xetra trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
