Die ROY Asset Holding SE gibt hiermit bekannt, dass sich die Veröffentlichung des Jahres- und Konzernabschlusses für das am 31. Dezember 2021 endende Geschäftsjahr weiter verzögert.

Mit einer Veröffentlichung des Jahres- und des Konzernabschlusses für das am 31. Dezember 2021 endende Geschäftsjahr wird nunmehr am 30. Juni 2023 gerechnet.

ROY Asset Holding SE hereby announces that the publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2021 will be further delayed.

Publication of the annual and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2021 is now expected on 30 June 2023.
