ERWE Immobilien AG: ERWE Immobilien AG postpones publication of financial statements for the financial year 2022 until the end of May

Frankfurt am Main, 28 April 2023. ERWE Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000A1X3WX6), Frankfurt/M., is postponing the publication of the consolidated financial statements for the 2022 business year scheduled for 28 April 2023. The auditor has informed the company that the actual audit work has been largely completed, but that it is still awaiting the conclusion of ongoing financing negotiations in order to finalise the audit.

The company expects to publish the consolidated financial statements at the end of May. As soon as the consolidated financial statements have been certified, the company will also announce a new date for the Annual General Meeting.

ERWE Immobilien AG focuses on building up a profitable portfolio of mixed-use properties in the office, service, retail, hotel and residential sectors.
