Extrafin SpA: Completed the purchase of the historic "Schlosswirt Hotel Castello" located in Ruffré-Mendola (Trentino Alto-Adige)

After winning it at auction, Extrafin Spa completed the purchase of the historic "Schlosswirt Hotel Castello" located in Ruffré Mendola, in the Upper Val di Non, where Princess Sissi spent several holidays. The Mendola road is a real jewel, it climbs along a mountain massif called the Mendola coast, starting from the town of Caldaro to reach the pass, located on the border between the provinces of Bolzano and Trento.

The hotel structure consists of 6 floors for a total of approximately 2,500 sqm. An important investment both for a greater capitalization of the company and for the launch of new and profitable businesses. The management of the hotel will be entrusted to Extraholiday Srl of Como, managed by Roberto Filippi from Trentino with many years of experience gained in the hospitality tourism sector. "The structure will be seasonally adjusted and will host training courses and conferences in the "Fintech & Insurtech" field", says the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Luigi Romano, who declares that he "has planned investments of around one million euros on the structure to adapt it to the corporate vision and to make it unique both in terms of style and services offered".
