| September 22, 2023 | Board of Directors meeting approving the draft Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as of June 30, 2023 |
| October 25, 2023 | Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting approving the annual Financial Statements and presenting the Consolidated Financial Statements as of June 30, 2023 |
