Software AG: Software AG proposes a dividend of €0.05 per share for fiscal year 2022

The Management Board of Software AG plans to submit a dividend proposal of €0.05 per share to this year's Annual Shareholders' Meeting, which resolves the appropriation of profits for fiscal year 2022.

With that amount, Software AG returns to its payout range of 30-40% of averaged group net income and free cash flow.

The proposal also reflects our approach to overall capital allocation aimed to strengthen the long-term profitability and financial position of the company. Software AG remains committed to working towards higher shareholder returns once free cash flow increases.
