Based on independent external appraisals, CA Immobilien Anlagen AG ("CA Immo") expects a negative net property revaluation result of around EUR 274 million for the fourth quarter of 2022 due to the changed market conditions. For the 2022 financial year, the negative net property revaluation result amounts to around EUR 94 million (around EUR -0.94 per share). Overall, a positive consolidated net income is expected for the 2022 financial year.

The full-year results will be published on March 22, 2023.
