iQ International AG: Resignation of Board Members

Three board members (Verwaltungsratsmitglieder) of iQ International AG, Zug, Switzerland ("iQ") have resigned so that currently the board of iQ is composed of two members only (George Weiss as Chairman and Won-Lak Choi). Reason for the resignation of the three board members is that the appointed commissioner – in order to save costs – did not approve the continuation of a D&O insurance. It is envisaged that new board members will be appointed at the next general meeting of iQ
