NAVSTONE SE: Withdrawal of forecast for the financial year 2022

NAVSTONE SE, listed on the m:access of the Munich Stock Exchange (ISIN NL0009538008 / WKN A1CUJD), withdraws its forecast for the financial year 2022. This step is triggered by current market values companie´s share portfolio and possible downward revisions of the value of its property portfolio. The lending values of the properties as used for a pending refinancing may be substantially below book values. The total possible adjustment may be up to EUR 2.0 million. A new forecast will be issued at a later point of time. Dividend policy remains unaffected.
