(the Notes)

(a) We refer to the agency agreement dated 27 March 2019 (the Agency Agreement) entered into by and between, inter alios, the Issuer and The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch as calculation agent, paying agent and fiscal agent, including the terms and conditions of the Notes under schedule 1 thereto (the Conditions) pursuant to which the Notes were constituted on the terms and subject to the conditions contained therein. Terms used and not otherwise defined herein will bear the same meanings as in the Conditions.

(b) We hereby notify you that the Issuer wishes to exercise its right pursuant to and in accordance with Condition 8.5 (Redemption at the Option of the Issuer) to redeem in full a principal amount of Notes equal to €100,000,000.00 representing the total principal amount outstanding of the Notes on 10 November 2022 (the Optional Redemption Date) at a price equal to 100% of the Prevailing Principal Amount plus the outstanding accrued (but unpaid) interest on the Notes to (but excluding) the Optional Redemption Date, to be calculated in accordance with Condition 6.6. (Calculation of Broken Interest).

(c) For the avoidance of doubts, following the redemption in full of the principal amount of Notes on the Optional Redemption Date as specified under paragraph (b) sopra no Notes will remain outstanding.

(d) The provisions of Condition 17 (Governing Law and Submission to Jurisdiction) are incorporated in this notice as if set out in full herein.

(e) No person has been authorized to give information, or to make any representation in connection therewith, other than contained herein. The delivery of this notice at any time does not imply that the information contained within it is correct as at any time subsequent to its date.
