United Labels AG (ISIN: DE 0005489561, WKN: 548956) recorded a strong growth in Group revenues to EUR 14.4 million (prev. year: EUR 10.3 million) in the first six months of 2022. This corresponds to revenue growth of 40%.
The expansion in revenues was attributable to an increase in shipments in the first half of the year for several key accounts.
Group earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose to EUR 1.6 million (prev. year: EUR 0.8 million), which corresponds to an EBITDA margin of 11.1%. EBIT was up at EUR 1.5 million (prev. year: EUR 0.7 million) and consolidated profit rose to EUR 1.2 million (prev. year: EUR 0.5 million), which corresponds to a return on sales of 8.6%.
Overall, all operating subsidiaries recorded positive bottom-line results for the first six months.
Order backlog was up by 36% at EUR 14.1 million as at 30 June 2022 (prev. year: EUR 10.4 million).
This is attributable to more extensive orders from retail partners in different areas.
