It's a matter of how the Zumtobel Group will organise and position itself in order to create lasting added value for all shareholders in the future, and we have to get all employees on board for this journey. I am very pleased that we have been able to win over Marcus Frantz, a renowned expert for this topic."
The Management Board of the Zumtobel Group had already defined the objective in the 2021/22 financial year to implement end-to-end digitised process workflows and to increasingly offer digital services and products with enhanced functionalities as part of the revised corporate strategy FOCUSED. To achieve this, a multi-year transformation programme was developed and its implementation has been successfully launched.
