LocoSoco Group plc: LocoSoco Capital Increase

London (pta016/01.06.2022/09:15 UTC+2) LocoSoco Group plc, the company that profits from distributing sustainable products & implementing technologies, is pleased to announce that it has raised a gross amount of £355,000 through the issue of 1,750,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the share capital of the Company.

James Perry, CEO, commented "The funds raised will allow the Company to progress with the projects in development, including the Waste Conversion Technology implementation, continued development of their MyEco.site platform to be able to scale nationally and then internationally, as well as providing working capital for the Company's continuing development."

Application is being made for the 1,750,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Wiener Borse. The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Total voting rights Following admission of the Placing Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 17,054,844 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
