ERWE Immobilien AG: Hillermann leaves ERWE Immobilien AG

• Former member of the Board of Management responsible for Corporate Finance turns to new tasks in the capital market
• Board members Harloff and Weitzel to jointly take over his responsibilities

Frankfurt/M., 4 March 2022. Christian Hillermann, until now member of the Board of Management of ERWE Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000A1X3WX6), Frankfurt/M., will leave the company with effect from 31 March 2022. Hillermann is leaving the company in the best possible terms and at his own request in order to be able to devote himself to new tasks in the capital market. He will remain associated with ERWE in an advisory capacity. The members of the Board of Management Axel Harloff and Rüdiger Weitzel will take over Hillermann's responsibilities in equal parts.
