iQ International AG: Cantonal Court of Zug Granted Definitive Composition Moratorium Proceedings Re IQ International AG

Zug, 12.November 2021 (pta037/12.11.2021/19:20 UTC+1) The Cantonal Court of Zug, Switzerland ruled today that definitive composition moratorium proceedings in respect of iQ International AG, Zug, Switzerland (the "Company") will be granted as requested. The proceedings will provisionally last four months. During the period of the composition moratorium, the appointed definitive commissioner will monitor the Company's on-going plans of restructuring and the implementation thereof. He will further arrange for the call on the creditors in a public announcement and with individual notice to file their claims. The settlement of claims, the incurring of new liabilities and the sale of assets require the consent of the definitive commissioner for the duration of the definitive composition proceedings; the sale of assets will also require the consent of the court.
