MyBucks S.A.: Update by MyBucks S.A. on the delisting on the company from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Luxembourg city (pta041/11.05.2021/12:00 UTC+2) MyBucks S.A. is pleased to advise that owing to shareholders voting in favour of the resolution at the EGM held on 12th February 2021, the Company will delist from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange at the close of trade on the 12th May 2021. The last day to trade securities will be the 12th May 2021.
