SafBon Water Service (Holding) Inc., the majority shareholder of ItN Nanovation AG, today declared the termination of the letter of comfort that SafBon Water Service (Holding) Inc. issued in favor of ItN Nanovation AG.
The members of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Meinerzag and Mr. Schmiegel, are checking whether the termination is effective and how the declaration of termination affects the question of whether there is any reason to apply for insolvency proceedings (see ad hoc announcement of March 26, 2021).
