As disclosed on 26 March 2021, Mr. Herbert Juranek will serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Addiko Bank AG from 1 May 2021.
Consequently, the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Addiko Bank AG, Mr. Herbert Juranek, has today announced to already step down from his function as Deputy Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board as of the close of the Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2021.
