Notification of Major Holdings

Kevin Loman, residing in Dubai, exceeded the threshold of 15% of the voting rights in iQ International AG on 20 January 2021. The holding of 15.78% of the voting rights (4,809,331 voting rights) is a major holding pursuant to Section 43 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG). On 12th February 2021, Kevin Loman informed us as follows:
1. The investment is considered as a long-term strategic investment.

2. Kevin Loman currently plans to acquire directly or indirectly further voting rights within the next twelve months by means of a purchase or otherwise.

3. Kevin Loman is currently a member of the Executive Management of the company. Beyond that, he does not intend to influence the appointment or removal of members of the supervisory, administrative or managing bodies of the company except by exercising the voting rights belonging to him at a General Meeting when electing the members of the Board of Directors.

4. Currently, Kevin Loman intends to support the goal of the Company to effect material changes to the company's capital structure, in particular with regard to the ratio between equity and debt and the dividend policy.

The acquisition of voting rights was financed with own funds (100%).
