Today, 29 January 2021, Mr. Ronny Pecik entered into purchase agreements with Revenite Austria S.à r.l. regarding the sale of his shareholdings in SARIR Holding GmbH, SULAFAT Holding GmbH and ETAMIN GmbH & Co KG. These purchase agreements were consummated today.
For the sake of good order it is disclosed that the special investment fund Olympic (investment fund management company: Allianz Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, FN 112114z) holds 43,000 shares in S IMMO AG that are not part of the above described transaction.
