The Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Addiko Bank AG, Mr. Henning Giesecke, has today announced to resign from his function as Deputy Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board as of the close of the Annual General Meeting on November 27, 2020.

Mr. Giesecke has been on the Supervisory Board of Addiko Bank AG since the beginning of the transformation in 2015, with the primary focus on establishing a prudent risk approach and implementing Addiko's sustainable new risk framework.
