Luxembourg (pta016/05.08.2020/11:17 UTC+2) Luxembourg, July [30]th, 2020 - Frankfurt-listed fintech and African banking group MyBucks S.A ("the Company") today announced that Lutz Seebacher has joined its Board of Directors. Lutz Seebacher has a wealth of experience in fund raising and will add great value to the Company. Lutz is replacing Markus Schachner on the Board of Directors following Markus' resignation due to other responsibilities.
