| Also for the purpose of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, the Issuer - following consultations with its advisors and consultants - hereby announces to have completed a preliminary assessment of the current situation of the works concerning the refurbishment of the real estate property located in Milan (Italy), corso Buenos Aires No. 59 / via Petrella Nos. 2, 4 and 6 (the "Refurbishment Project"), also in light of the Ordinance No. 514 of 21 March 2020, issued by the Lombardy Regional Administration in relation to the prevention and management of the epidemiologic emergency arising from COVID-19 and which provides, among the other things, a suspension of all activities in the building sites located in the aforementioned Region. |
| As a result of such assessment, the administrative body of the Issuer has concluded that it is likely that certain milestones contained in the Notes' terms and conditions in relation to the Refurbishment Project will not be met. As a consequence, immediate actions will be taken in order to begin the discussion with the representative of the holders of the Notes with a view to addressing the situation in a satisfactory manner for all the involved parties. |
