S IMMO AG: S IMMO AG postpones Annual General Meeting

With regard to the national measurements and efforts to contain the spread of the SARS-CoV-2, the Management Board of S IMMO AG has decided to postpone the 31st Annual General Meeting, which was initially scheduled to be hold in Vienna on the 24 April 2020.
As soon as the holding of a lawful Annual General Meeting while preventing possible health risks of the participants is predictable, S IMMO will seek to find another appointment for the Annual General Meeting as early as possible.
