This notification is being made solely as a result of the demerger of Prudential plc and M&G plc, resulting in a change of control from Prudential plc to M&G plc.
Eastspring Securities Investment Trust Co Ltd, Eastspring Investments Singapore Ltd and Eastspring Investments (Luxemburg) S.A. have been removed due to the demerger from the group structure. The remaining group structure is not affected. The last notification has been published on 24.01.2019.
