Sparks, NV (pta025/17.09.2019/15:43 UTC+2) The Company is pleased to announce that we signed an agreement with Mr. Frank Freeman, Director of BLACK GOLD OIL Co., that Mr: Freeman will act as wellhead pumper and will maintain the wells in Kentucky on a routinely and professional manner.

Based on detailled and exact safety regulations, also following environmental rules, he will take care about the pumps and other equipment as well he intents to develop a steady and stable flow of the oil from the well. Mr. Freeman brings an over 30 years experience in oil field management.

Management sees this as first step to develop the oil leases in Kentucky and to bring the wells to a maximum production.
