* ERWE Immobilien AG contemplates a 40m Euro corporate bond issue for the financing of property acquisitions

Frankfurt am Main, 3. June 2019 - The Management Board of ERWE Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000A1X3WX6) today resolved in principal on the issuance of a corporate bond with a total principal amount of up to 40 Mio. EUR with the possibility to increase the total principal amount by a further up to 20 Mio. EUR by way of tap issues. The net proceeds of the corporate bond shall be used in particular for the financing of property acquisitions and for refinancing purposes. The company is in advanced negotiations on the acquisition of the City Center Northeim, a mixed used retail property in Northeim, Lower-Saxony. The company expects the purchase price to be in the range of approximately 30 Mio. EUR and that further investments will amount to approx. 10 Mio. EUR. A portion of the purchase price would financed through the bond issue.

Pareto Securities has been mandated to carry out an investor roadshow and, subject to investor feedback, place the bonds by way of a private placement with institutional investors in Europe. The final decision on the issuance of the bonds will be passed by the Management Board, with the consent of the Supervisory Board, on the basis of the results of the bookbuilding process and subject to market conditions.
