Dividend Announcement

In the Annual General Meeting held on April 30, 2019, the distribution of a dividend for the financial year 2018 in the amount of EUR 2.1782 per share entitled to receive a dividend was resolved.

The dividend payment is classified as a repayment of capital under Austrian tax law pursuant to Section 4 para 12 of the Austrian Income Tax Act.

Ex-dividend trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange begins as of May 8, 2019. Record date for the dividend will be May 9, 2019 and dividend payment date will be May 10, 2019.
