S IMMO AG: Significantly increased consolidated net income expected

Wien (pta021/28.01.2019/17:30 UTC+1) The management board of S IMMO AG expects results from property valuation to exceed last year's figure (Results from property valuation 2017: EUR 127.6m) and thus consolidated net income to significantly surpass last year's results (Consolidated net income attributable to shareholders in parent company 2017: EUR 130.1m) as well as a significant increase in NAV.

The annual results 2018 will be published on 03 April 2019.
