Due to the non-cash capital increase at S&T AG, which was registered in the commercial register of the Regional Court Linz on October 13, 2018, and which was fully subscribed by the mentioned shareholders, Ennoconn Corporations stake in S&T AG increased from 24.11% (reduced compared to the latest voting right declaration due to shares issued for stock option program and prior to registration of the current capital increase in the companies register) to 26.61%. Ennoconn Corporation thus exceeds the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in S&T AG.
