In the 19th AGM held on 28 April 2017, shareholders of Pankl Racing Systems AG (ISIN: AT0000800800) voted unanimously for the payment of a dividend amounting to Eur0.60 per share for the fiscal year 2016. This dividend was proposed by the Management Board and endorsed by the Supervisory Board.

The ex-dividend day is 3 May 2017, the dividend record date is 4 April 2017 and the dividend payment day is 5 May 2017. Raiffeisen Centrobank AG acts as paying agent.

The dividend shall be paid net of 27,5% withholding tax, except exemptions to deduct withholding tax apply. Payment will be effected as a credit at the depositary bank.

The non-consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2016 show a balance sheet profit of Eur 22.267.550,58.

The dividend payment of Eur0.60 per share results in a total dividend payment of Eur1,890,000 for 3,150,000 shares without nominal value. The remaining balance sheet profit will be carried forward for new account.
