The Issuer announces that, in light of the negative result of the workforce referendum on the proposed redundancy and personnel reorganization plan ended yesterday, its Board of Directors today recognized that there were no longer the conditions to pursue a recapitalization of the Issuer; accordingly, the Board of Directors resolved to start preparing the procedures provided by the law, and has convened a shareholders meeting on April 27, 2017 to deliberate on their implementation.
