conwert Immobilien Invest SE: S&P upgrades conwert rating to BBB+

Vienna (pta027/18.01.2017/11:50 UTC+1) The leading international rating agency Standard & Poor's (S&P) has upgraded its investment grade rating for conwert Immobilien Invest SE (conwert) from BBB- to BBB+ with a stable outlook. In justifying the upgrade, S&P points in particular to conwert's improved credit quality in relation with the takeover by Vonovia SE.
