conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Further significant increase in value for entire portfolio

Vienna (pta005/27.07.2016/08:37 UTC+2) conwert Immobilen Invest SE ("conwert"), listed on the Austrian ATX, announces that the previously announced revaluation of the portfolio as of 30 June 2016 has resulted in revaluation gains of around EUR 95 mn.

This positive revaluation result has been brought about by implementing the corporate strategy that focuses on the core residential sector in metropolitan regions with strong growth rates in Germany and Austria. It is also based on achievements in the operating business related to reducing vacancies and increasing rents.

All other figures will be announced as planned on 24 August 2016 with the publication of the results for the first half of 2016.
