Pankl Racing Systems AG: Pierer Industrie AG increases stake in Pankl

Pankl Racing Systems AG has just been informed that the Unternehmens Invest AG (UIAG) and the Qino Capital Partners AG have sold their entire contribution of Pankl, each 318.150 shares, in total 20,2% of the stock, to Pierer Industrie AG. As a result Pierer Industrie AG will hold directly or indirectly 93% of Pankl Racing Systems AG and thus exceed the thresholds of 75% and 90%.
