Following the announcement regarding the voluntary takeover offer of Pierer Industrie AG for shares of Pankl Racing Systems AG numerous medias have reported that Pankl will disappear from the stock market, which is incorrect.

The company pursues no plans regarding a delisting. There were also no intentions announced to the company regarding such plans of shareholders or other people.
