BWT AG: Registration of the merger postponed

Mondsee (pta023/15.10.2015/15:55 UTC+2) The regional court Wels as commercial court competent for the merger of BWT AG (the "Company") to BWT Holding AG today informed the Company that it has suspended the procedure regarding the registration of the merger until the pending court procedures regarding the challenge of the shareholders' resolution on the merger are ended legally binding. Thus, the merger is currently not registered with the commercial register and therefore, for the time being, not effective. The Company will examine the decision and, depending on the outcome of the assessment, take respective action against this decision.
