Kapfenberg (pta020/24.04.2015/13:00 UTC+2) In the 17th AGM held on 24 April 2015, shareholders of Pankl Racing Systems AG (ISIN: AT0000800800) voted unanimously for the payment of a dividend amounting to Eur0.60 per share for the fiscal year 2014. This dividend was proposed by the Management Board and endorsed by the Supervisory Board.

Ex-dividend day is 29 April 2015, dividend payment day is 4 May 2015. Raiffeisen Centrobank AG acts as paying agent.

The dividend shall be paid net of 25% withholding tax, except exemptions to deduct withholding tax apply. Payment will be effected as a credit at the depositary bank.

The non-consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2014 show a balance sheet profit of Eur13,098,512.20.

The dividend payment of Eur0.60 per share results in a total dividend payment of Eur1,890,000 for 3,150,000 shares without nominal value. The remaining balance sheet profit will be carried forward for new account.
