WP AG: WP will be listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange

Munderfing (pta019/09.04.2015/11:50 UTC+2) The WP Group, located in Munderfing/Upper Austria, with over 600 employees worldwide generated a turnover of 121 mEur and an EBIT of 8.6 mEur in the fiscal year 2014. The successful corporate development of WP Group over the past years hits its peak with the stock exchange listing. The access to the capital market is a significant key element for future growth and supports the global orientation of the company.

The WP Group develops and produces suspension and high-performance components for the motorcycle and automotive industries. WP is a technology leader in the European supplier industry for motorcycles. The company's clients include almost the entire European motorcycle and sports car industry. Major clients in the motorcycle industry are KTM, Husqvarna, BMW Motorrad, Triumph Motorcycle, Ducati and Sherco. The worldwide distribution network with locations in Austria, Germany, USA and China grants the support of the customers. The manufacturing facilities of the WP Group are located in Austria and Germany. A co-operation for the development and production of suspension components was established with an Indian partner.

In addition to supplying series manufacturers, WP products are used in numerous motorcycle racing series due to the high performance requirements. WP is represented in both areas, off-road (Supercross, Motocross, Enduro) and street racing (Moto3, Moto2) with a racing support as supplier.

On April 10, 2015 the shares of WP AG will be listed on the Regulated Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange,Mid-market segment (ISIN: AT0000A1DDL3; Ticker Symbol: WPAG). The WP Group is part of the CROSS Industries Group, which also holds majority shareholdings in the listed companies KTM AG and Pankl Racing Systems AG.
