Unternehmens Invest AG: UIAG acquisition of shareholding of Anger-Group - closing postponed

Wels (pta008/02.10.2014/09:12 UTC+2) 2 October, 2014 - As already reported on 1 July 2014, Unternehmens Invest AG agreed on the acquisition of a shareholding of mbi-group Beteiligung GmbH, owner of ANGER MACHINING GMBH and HPC Produktions GmbH. The parties, by mutual agreement, have postponed the closing until 30 November 2014.
