Bevaix (pta013/22.08.2014/10:40 UTC+2) ILAND sold the first tranche of its solar system FLY to the Swiss Alpine Club (SAC) exclusive for members of the club. The transaction is in cooperation with the Solar Planet Foundation (http://www.solarplanet.ch/), which is run by the explorer Raphaël Domjan. He is the first human who sailed around the world with a boat driven by solar power only ( http://www.planetsolar.org/).

The Swiss Alpine Club (http://www.sac-cas.ch) is the world reference for outdoor sports and mountaineering. Great 8'000m climbers are also supported by ILAND (Mike Horn, Jean Troillet, Xavier Rosset, Denis Burdet, etc.) and they are member of SAC. The partnership with the Swiss Alpine Club is another signal of the high quality of the ILAND products and their use by demanding consumers like Horn, Burdet, and Raphaël Domjan (http://www.raphaeldomjan.com/) etc. Raphaël completed the first tour around the world with a solar power boat and during the tour he had the idea that it should be possible approaching the space by solar energy. This first delivery to the Swiss Alpine Club and Planet Solar will be approximately CHF 25,000 and further FLY's will be shipped in the future.
Other users close to the SAC like the Swiss Army are now in testing phase of different new Iland systems like the bigger FLY with stronger batteries to equip their soldiers for field missions.

After the successful sale of FLY's on the QOQA.ch community website for sharing good opportunities, where 98% of inventory was sold in one day, ILAND is progressing and maintaining its goals through the quality of its products.
