12.5.2014. In consequence of the payment of a cash dividend in the amount of EUR 0.40 per share to the shareholders of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft, Vienna, FN 75895 k, the conversion price of the convertible bond is adjusted as follows:
The conversion price of the 4.125% debenture due 2014 convertible into common bearer shares with no par value of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft ("convertible bond 2009-2014") according to § 10 e of the terms and conditions of the convertible bond 2009-2014 is adjusted by so far EUR 10.6620 to EUR 10.3521.
The adjustment enters into force as from May 12, 2014.
